SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) Consultant – Localization & Compliance

Location: Georgia

Experience: 5–8 years

Languages: Russian, English & Georgian (preferred)

• Ensure SAP FICO configuration aligns with Georgian statutory requirements (VAT, financial reporting, e-invoicing).
• Customize and validate local financial statements and tax reporting using SAP’s localization features.
• Collaborate with the central implementation team to adapt the global financial template to local needs.
• Support data migration (chart of accounts, balances, open items).
• Lead UAT, Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions, and end-user training.
• Provide post-go-live support and act as a strategic liaison between local finance and global teams.

• Expertise in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (Cost Center, Internal Orders).
• Strong understanding of Georgian tax laws, VAT, and financial compliance.
• Experience with S/4HANA Finance and Universal Journal.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
